Eligibility

Applicant must be a student whose home residence is in Fayette, Greene, Washington, or Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

Applicant must be in the third or fourth year of a program leading to a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, environmental engineering, or construction management.

Applicant is eligible to receive the award only one time.

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) is pleased to announce a scholarship program for the 2025-2026 school year. Interested students should complete the application and return it, along with an official copy of your academic transcript, to: ASHE.SW.Scholarship@gmail.com.

ASHE Southwest Penn awards three scholarships each year with a minimum value of $2,000 per scholarship. The scholarships are paid as a lump-sum reward. Scholarships will be awarded based on the recommendation of the Scholarship Committee.
